Age: 22

Occupation: Retail

About me:
Like many people I have been fishing since I could walk, with the obsession starting with chasing bream and flathead from the bank with my Dad. I then started to experiment with plastics and from that point I was hooked. I have lived most of my life on the Gold Coast which meant chasing local estuary species but since moving to Townsville my species range has expanded a little. I’m now hooked on chasing the iconic Australian Barramundi whether it be in one of the local systems, in freshwater streams or in one of the many dams in Far North Queensland.

Favourite fishing areas:
Heavy timber, flats and natural structure.

Favourite lures:
Damiki 4” Anchovy Shad
Damiki 5” Armor Shad
Fish Arrow Cover Cicada
Pontoon 21 Greedy Guts

Favourite species:
Barra, Jungle Perch and Sooty Grunter.

To become more knowledgable and more well rounded on a range of fishing techniques as well as gaining more tournament experience from fishing MTA Barra and Sooty rounds as well as the ABT Barra events.
